To quickly and easily prepare tasty homemade appetizers, just follow the recipe book: your hummus, guacamole and eggplant caviars will be ready in 3 minutes!

Using the pestle, crush your avocado, chickpeas, eggplant ... and add the seasonings following the recipes. The grid is precisely calibrated to crush the ingredients but still leave small pieces; just right!

Then simply remove the grid and serve your preparation directly in the white ceramic bowl that was used for the preparation!
